or an alumni member of DECA, click on the link below. After
you print out the application form, fill it in by printing your information.
If you don't have a school to be associated with, leave it blank.
You can then either give it to the school you graduated from (if Alumni
application), the school chapter you work with (if professional application),
OR just mail it to the Louisiana DECA State Chapter, 13967 J R Drive,
Walker, LA 70785.
